Fakenham beat Dersingham by 83 runs in the Allan Bridgewater U13 final at Sprowston CC. Dersingham batted first on a good pitch. Lewis Jeavons (27) Jamie Cook (15) and Ben Southgate (11) took the attack to Fakenham, but Fakenham bowlers took wickets at regular intervals (8) helped by some good fielding that led to 3 run outs. Dersinghams total of 229 looked to be a few short at the interval.
In Fakenham's reply Lloyd Marshall (25) Charlie Read (17) Chris Beale (16) Henry Thornton (15) Harry Bammant (13), kept the runs flowing whilst only losing 3 wickets. Fakenham finished on 312 winning by 83 runs.
