Sprowston produced a true team effort to thrash Bradfield by 179 runs and move 59 points clear at the top of Division One.
Half-centuries from Phil Glozier (65), Jon Leverett (52), Iain Murrell (60) and Geoff Roff (51no) gave Sprowston an impressive total, with Bradfield's Tom Whitehouse picking up four for 70.
The wickets, like the runs, were then evenly shared out by the Sprowston attack. Pankog Biswas claimed three for 26 while Andy Hanby, Roff and Will Hampson each bagged two wickets.
Hales remain in promotion contention after their winning draw at home to Sheringham.
Phil Squire (106no) and Chris Hlengani (84) put on 165 for the fourth wicket as the hosts registered an impressive total, piling on 196 from the last 25 overs.
Sheringham made a flying start in reply with 70 from their first 12 overs with Matthew Spillett going on to make 99, but they were pegged back and ultimately had to dig in for a draw.
Bradenham picked up maximum points against Topcroft as Brett Stolworthy (five for 32) and Robert Thurley (four for 43) bowled them to a 46-run victory.
James Goodfellow hit 77 for Topcroft, while earlier Bradenham's Mpho Selowa had smashed 102.
Bottom side Beccles picked up their first win of the season as they beat fellow strugglers Norwich A by 120 runs, thanks to strong batting from Jonathon Puxley (60) and Robert Porter (88).
Tony Bailey's 50no pushed Swardeston A to a 90pc winning draw in a close match at home to Stow. Dammika Perera (50) and W Denny (57) were Stow's main contributors with the bat.
Alex Stuart continued to wage war on the Premier Division's bowling attacks as he hit 78 in a seven-wicket win for leaders Downham against Acle. Greg Tullett, Addam Todd and Joss Stuart each claimed three wickets for Downham.
Rayno Arendse (122) led second-placed Vauxhall Mallards A to a three-wicket win at Norwich & Coltishall Wanderers, with Nigel Young hitting 52 and Craig Beedon 58no for the hosts.
Skipper Terry Perry fired 62 for Old Buckenham, but it was not enough to lift the bottom side as Mark Williamson claimed five for 37 and David Tooke hit 53no in a five-wicket win for Diss.
North Runcton moved up to third following their five-wicket win at Cromer.
Richard Charlwood made 64 for Cromer and although Michael Warnes (five for 38) took all the wickets to fall in the visitors' reply, Runcton safely reached their target with half-centuries from Mark Skipper (65no), Andrew Barrett (56) and Sean Hemeter (56).
Mpho Sekhoto's stunning century put Lowestoft out of reach in their winning draw at Brooke.
He blasted 174 from 154 balls, including 23 fours and five sixes and although Ali Shearer made 56 for the hosts, they were pegged back by Peter Sims (five for 49).
Neil Lockwood hit an unbeaten 103 to give Division Two leaders Mattishall a seven-wicket win at Saham Toney.
Jay Eastoe-Smith chipped in with 65 for Mattishall, after Matt Thomas had made 78 for the hosts.
Downham A slipped 45 points behind Mattishall after their 50-run defeat at Saxlingham.
David Lacey (63) and Will Burnell (60) put Saxlingham in charge and Kurt Richards' 53 was not enough for the visitors.
Dereham picked up a crucial eight-wicket win at bottom side North Runcton A, courtesy of Max Cheetham (five for 16) and Duncan Hewitt (51no). Tim Coote made 65 for Runcton.
Garboldisham's maximum points win at home to Hillington lifted them to third, Jon Leech (82no) starring for the hosts. Harry Bix (61) led an unsuccessful run chase for Hillington.
Matt Hogg took four for 28 as Swardeston B beat Fakenham A by five wickets, despite Ian Slegg claiming four for 36.
Rocklands duo claim centuries
Rocklands centurions Will Defoe and Simon Mann thrived in the sun on Saturday as their side claimed a winning draw at home to Diss A in Division Five.
Defoe blasted 162 and Mann hit 126no as Rocklands' massive total proved too much for Diss, who replied with 76 from Craig Barker.
Leaders Cromer A enjoyed a winning draw at Dereham A after Peter Gascoyne (66), Oli Kimber (58) and Kevin Neale (62) had helped themselves to half-centuries, with Dereham's Jordan Fletcher taking four for 52.
Dereham skipper Jon Crisp made 69 as his side hung on with nine wickets down.
Steve Hayes (98) fell just short of a century, but his efforts ensured Hethersett & Tas Valley A picked up a two-wicket win at Great Melton A.
Matthew Clarke made 55 for Melton, with Dave Austin (five for 20) and Rob Scott (four for 54) providing Tas' cutting edge with the ball.
Keith Thomson (80no) and Trevor Dyer (55) helped Stow A complete a successful run chase against Norwich & Coltishall Wanderers A. Chris Manning (four for 44) was Stow's best bowler.
Paul Daynes hit 96 in Brooke A's winning draw at bottom side Vauxhall Mallards A, Charlie Harkness taking four for 53 for the hosts.
James Page struck 119 for Great Witchingham A, but his side's bowlers could not polish off determined Kirkley & Lowestoft Railway in Division Three. Kirkley's Chris Lambert took four for 85, while Craig Guy contributed 69.
Leaders Horsford A were equally frustrated by the Acle A batsmen after posting a large target.
Matt Spenceley (124) and Will Bryan (87no) put Horsford in charge, but Shane Tovell (90) helped deny them victory.
Those results enable third-placed Hethersett & Tas Valley to close the gap as they beat Dersingham by six wickets.
Tim Shelly (66) and Rob Mitchell (61) were Tas' top scorers and Manny Sayers' 63 could not save Dersingham.
Ashmanhaugh's Chris Nation fired 132no and Bernie Everett made 60 as their side gained a winning draw against Mundford, while Anthony Reeve hit 68 in Swaffham's three-wicket win at Thetford.
Division Four leaders Great Melton stayed top after beating fellow contenders Hardingham by seven wickets in a high-scoring encounter.
Andy Duckham (109no), Oli Howes (85) and Barney Goodrum (63) had put Hardingham in a seemingly unassailable position, but Richard Wood (131no) and Martin Cook (82no) saw Melton to victory with an over to spare.
Mat Coe hit 78 for Narborough before Sprowston A finished just three runs short of victory in their reply to pick up a 90pc losing draw.
Martin Greiller struck 157 for Norwich B as they chased down a 300-plus target against Bungay, who had a century from Will Lewis (115).
Halvergate recorded a four-wicket victory at Old Buckenham A courtesy of Steve Clarke's 78, after Jon Briggs made 62 for the home side.
Bradenham A eased their relegation fears with a 10-wicket triumph at bottom side Aldborough. Ian Moody took four for 20 for the visitors before Mike Taylor (54no) guided them to a straightforward win.
Mattishall A moved to the top of Division Six with a seven-wicket win at home to Beccles A.
Nathan Forder (five for 45) helped dismiss Beccles cheaply and then Matt Balls (83no) and Tom Mahood (55) took over for Mattishall.
Previous leaders Bradfield A were undone by a century from Swardeston-CEYMS' David Micklethwaite (110) and Will Kennard's 66 in a five-wicket defeat. Swardeston's Oliver Kennard earlier claimed four for 18, with Sam Kimber making 78 for Bradfield.
Alex Hogg's 89no handed Garboldisham A a five-wicket win at Mundford A, who had 66 from Mick Annear.
Topcroft A picked up their first win of the season, beating Thetford A by 77 runs, while Lowestoft A beat Saxlingham A by five wickets.
