Team Strengthening

The Frankly Digital Norfolk Alliance Committee are aware of reports regarding Team Strengthening in weeks where a club’s senior side have had no game scheduled and senior players from that club have played for their clubs second or third team.
 
Clearly, with an 11 team Premier Division in operation there will be one team each week without a game and the Committee would like to remind clubs that they will be monitoring this situation on a weekly basis.
 
The Committee have agreed that a minimum 15 point penalty will be inposed on any clubs deemed to be artificially strengthening their 2nd or 3rd teams within the Norfolk Alliance.
 
Clubs are reminded that if they are in any doubt as to whether a player should be considered for selection at a lower level within their club that they should contact either Peter Thomas, John Murrell or Dick Chapple for further clarification
